The Newsroom 2×04 “Unintended Consequences” Promo

The Newsroom continues next week with its 4th episode “Unintended Consequences” and will go deeper on what happened to Maggie in Africa.

Maggie attempts to persuade Rebecca that her trip to Africa with Gary didn’t have any lasting effects. Meanwhile, Will’s lousy on-air interview with an Occupy Wall Street protester hinders Neal and Jerry’s future access; and Jim helps Hallie land an important interview, but gets an earful from Mac in the process.

Game of Thrones – offers a funny “In memoriam” video at the Comic-Con

Blood and sex are a sort of HBO-Trademark we find now in all their TV shows. Game of Thrones is one among many. The show became famous for its bloody and sex scenes but also for the killing of numerous characters including some majors.

Exactly like in the novels written by George R.R. Martin, the show killed several people. From battlefields to memorable scenes like the Red Wedding, from an unnamed soldier to Ned Stark, the producers decided to pay a tribute to all them via an “In memoriam” video revealed at the Comic-Con. Even if the tone sounds at first formal and sad, it’s obvious HBO is making some fun of its long list of dead when including “Old Dude” or “Baratheon Soldiers #43-58” in the list.

The Newsroom 2×03 – Willie Pete Promo

The Newsroom will be back next week with its 3rd episode. It sounds the main stories of this first part of the new season are: Genoa, Romney Campaign and Will’s changes.

The Newsroom 2×02 – “The Genoa Tip” Recap

If last’s week episode focused on the aftermath of the season 1, the episode 2 shows us the beginning of all the stories which are going to rock our characters. We learn more about why Maggie went to Uganda & why it turned wrong for her, discover Neal’s implication in covering Occupy Wall Street and the most important: the Genoa operation.

True Blood Spoilers: Major Character To Be Killed Off

All season long, fans of True Blood have asked themselves one question: Should we be worried? Well, the definitive answer is now YES. It’s been reported all year that a major character would be killed off in the hit HBO drama’s sixth season. Speculation had grown that fan favorite Eric would be biting the dust but I’m not so sure.

Michael McMillian recently revealed that the major death will change the tone of the show forever.
