This is an interesting pairing! Kerry Washington will be hosting Saturday Night Live this weekend with Eminem has her musical guest. The duo got together to film the weekly promo for the episode. Eminem has a wide range of emotions.

This week’s episode of “The New Girl,” Mindy finds herself outnumbered by the boy’s club, and so finds herself having to warm up to the newest member, Peter, in order to restore the balance.
Mindy wants to turn the rooftop into a beautiful gazebo garden and serenity space, but she’s outvoted by Danny, Jeremy, and Peter, who want a grill and basketball court. Later, Mindy trips over Peter and Morgan wrestling on the floor, and is cheekily insulted by Peter for the umpteenth time. (more…)
This week’s episode of “New Girl” was all about Schmidt, and seemed to put to bed once and for all his wound-licking after being, well, Schmidt.
Jess has plans to throw a Halloween party in the loft, but is reluctant to have the cold cut binge-eating Schmidt ruin the festive mood. Schmidt insists on attending the party in his depressing state, so Nick and Winston wonder if it’s time for Schmidt to get a letter from an old friend–Michael Keaton.

Tonight is “Brooklyn Nine-Nine”‘s Halloween episode, and it focuses on the relationship between Jake and Captain Holt–this time in a match of wits. Jake’s not only eager to prove that he’s a great detective, but he also wants to prove that he’s not so predictable to the highly observant Captain Holy.
Jake’s caught a banana trying to rob a bank, and with the parade of petty costumed criminals in the station, Jake declares that he’d make a better criminal than anyone. He somehow convinces Captain Holt to accept his challenge–if Jake fails to steal the medal by midnight, he’ll work the next five weekends without overtime and still complete his regular coursework. If he succeeds, Holt will stay behind on Halloween to complete all his work, and (more importantly to Jake’s ego) announce that Jake is a brilliant detective. (more…)
