It’s been more than a month since season 2 of The Fosters ended with one of the show’s trademark shocking cliffhangers, in which Jesus, Mariana and birth mom Ana were involved in a serious car accident. Season 3 is set to premiere on June 8, but we can’t stop thinking about the show in the meantime. Here are four reasons why:
Well, we knew this would happen eventually. Troubled actor Stephen Collins has officially been replaced and recast on The Fosters. Collins originally appeared on the hit ABC Family drama series as Lena’s father.
The role has been recast and Bruce Davison will now appear when the series returns for season 3 on Monday, June 8th. He will be making his debut in the fourth episode of the season.
