Spoiler alert! If you haven’t seen the end of tonight’s episode of The Fosters stop reading right now! The episode took a dark and scary turn when Jesus was left in trouble alone at Ana’s house with her scary boyfriend. Worried about her brother, Mariana enlists the help of her moms to get him out of there. Mike and Stef arrive to a quiet house before gunshots ring out.
The heart pounding final moments of the episode continue next week when the family gathers at the hospital. But for who??

Sad news for Bunheads fans. ABC Family has decided not to renew the series for a second season. The network had certainly taken their time to come to a decision, perhaps waiting to see the success of new series Twisted and The Fosters to see if it would be possible for Bunheads to return. Ultimately, the decision was not in their favor.

Alfonso Ribeiro of The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air fame is headed to ABC Family. Alfonso is set to host ABC Family’s new series Spell-Mageddon. The series is set to premiere on July 24th as part of ABC Family’s Comedy Wednesdays. The show is described as a one hour game show where contestants battle distractions while trying to spell increasingly difficult words.

It may seem like the nominations are never ending but we promise you they are. The third and final wave of nominations for the 2013 Teen Choice Awards have been announced. Fans can begin voting online at TeenChoiceAwards.com immediately.
Among the nominees included this time around include a bunch of Summer favorites. Nominees include a variety of favorites such as ABC Family’s The Fosters, Pretty Little Liars, and Baby Daddy, and Twisted. Movies like Pitch Perfect and The Perks of Being a Wallflower have been nominated as well as new Summer favorites like The Heat, Man of Steel, and Despicable Me 2. Choice Summer TV Star looks to be quite a battle between the ABC Family crowd. Who will win out? We love them all!
The two hour event will air live on FOX on August 11th.

Last night’s episode of The Fosters was fantastic. It veered away from Callie’s relationship drama and focused more on actual drama and it was a nice breath of fresh air. Unfortunately, it looks like we’ll be reverting back to her love triangle next week. Mariana and Jesus, however, look to be getting themselves into even more trouble.
