The war between humans and vampires is far from slowing down. Quite the contrary, after tonight’s episode, things between vampires and humans are going to get hot. And when I say hot, I mean theirhate is burning.
Check out our recap of tonight’s new episode of True Blood: “The Sun.”
Paula Deen has been fired from The Food Network. The Food Network has decided not to renew her contract following reports of racism and harassment.
In the wake of the controversy surrounding Paula Deen’s admission that she had previously used racial slurs during deposition for a lawsuit, The Food Network has announced that they would not renew the celebrity chef’s contract. “Food Network will not renew Paula Deen’s contract when expires at end of month,” a spokesperson for the network confirmed.
Paula recently pulled out of an appearance on the Today show and decided YouTube would be a better outlet for her apology. After her first apology was deemed not heartfelt enough, Paula uploaded a second apology video (see that above).
Yikes. File this under things that aren’t exactly appetizing. While filming an appearance on The Graham Norton Show, Chris O’Dowd got a little more than he bargained for when he went to take a sip of his drink. Appearing alongside Steve Carell and Kristen Wiig, a massive fly invades the studio. Little does Chris know, the fly took up camp inside his drink. What follows is both kind of gross and pretty hilarious.
Following her hit role in the successful film Pitch Perfect, Anna Camp will be returning to True Blood. Anna was last seen on the show back in 2009 as Sarah Newlin, now ex-wife to Steve Newlin’s character (Michael McMillian). TVGuide has the scoop one when and how we’ll be seeing Sarah’s return to Bon Temps and what will become of her relationships on the show.
Finally! A major step forward in the saga that is Jurassic Park 4. Hold on to your butts because fans now have an official plot for the new film! Earlier this month we learned that Jurassic Park 4 (directed by Colin Trevorrow) will be released in 2015 and has a tentative new logo for the flick, pictured above. Joblo.com has a source that has revealed the plot and story concept for the dinosaur sequel that should quash any fears of the movie being a let down.
Tamed dinosaurs.
Underwater dinosaurs.
I am SO ready for this. All I need now is a confirmation of the original cast returning.
