Disney’s successful Broadway streak seems to be untouchable as Aladdin on Broadway continues to captivate and delight audiences of all ages. Based on the beloved 1992 Disney film, Aladdin, the new Broadway musical comedy first began moving audiences back in February. Since then, a talented cast, music from the great Alan Menken, Howard Ashman, and Tim Rice, and the thrilling story we all know and love has been making magic on the stage.
The show has been nominated for 5 Tony awards including Best Musical and Best Original Score. Another special treat for fans includes the previously cut song “Proud of Your Boy”, a track that did not make the final draft of the hit Disney film.
Aladdin on Broadway stars Adam Jacobs, Jonathan Freeman (the original Jafar!), James Monroe Iglehart, and Courtney Reed.

The video for “On My Way”, her second single, the songstress is seen proving she’s not just Rachel Berry. There’s lots of grinding, hair flipping, and Lea booty.
I’m liking this video a lot more than the one for “Cannonball”. What do you guys think?
