It’s the beginning of a new week, meaning a new Below Deck is right around the corner (tomorrow to be exact).
With that said, who else is ready for Tuesday night’s episode? That new promo left fans wanting more aka that kiss between Kelley and Jennice! Luckily, we at Pop City Life were able to catch up with Jennice via email about that kiss and her “romance” with Kelley. She even opened up about Andrew’s firing, Kate’s crafty phallic symbol, in addition to being a female deckhand and the challenges that come along with her career.

If you’re an avid Below Deck watcher, then you know this second season is full of all kinds of drama, fun, interesting charter guests and, of course, romance. Speaking of romance, two new faces have become the talk of Ohana when it comes to showmance — Jennice Ontriveros and Kelley Johnson.
Well, I was lucky enough to chat with former Marine Johnson (who’s a deckhand on Ohana) via email about his time on Below Deck, where he not only talks his attraction to Jennice (his co-worker and bunkmate), but also what it’s like working with his sister Amy, his confrontations with Andrew and what else we can expect from the rest of the season. Amanda Leighton has been brightening up television screens since her acting debut in 2005. Viewers may recognize her from a stint on The Young and the Restless, as Wendy Capshaw on the final season of ABC Family’s Make It Or Break It, and a guest starring role on Pretty Little Liars. Amanda returned to ABC Family in her recent role of Emma on the hit drama series The Fosters. Starring alongside Jake T. Austin, fans have come to love the quirky and fun character.
