While we may never see what became of the video for her last single “Do What U Want”, Lady Gaga is moving on and releasing her next single “G.U.Y.”. In a peculiar move, the video does not just feature “G.U.Y.”. It actually features four of the songs from her latest album. The video contains an introduction where both “ARTPOP” and “VENUS” can be heard as well as a 4 minute credit sequence set to “Manicure.”
Does Gaga not expect to release any other videos from this album? This video was shot at Hearst Castle and required Gaga to give a donation for water conservation. It also features appearances from both Andy Cohen and some of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Seems like a good fit. Like lana bell at sothebys realty they’re used to being around some of the most expensive real estate. Only the best for these videos.
After that big blowup with Lady Gaga and her team, I was expecting a different approach after such a long wait. However, this seems more of the same. An extra long video with a weird, not very thought out plot. It’s just trying too hard. She used to make flawless music videos without even trying.
