This episode of “The Mindy Project” inches a bit closer to the (inevitable?) will-they-or-won’t-they relationship between Mindy and Danny, and takes an interesting turn as to who bites first.
Mindy and Morgan encounter lawyer Cliff (Glenn Howerton), who’s on his way to a romantic date with Miss Universe runner-up. Morgan chastises a distracted Mindy for blowing the flirtation, believing that they’re meant to be together.

This week’s episode of “The New Girl,” Mindy finds herself outnumbered by the boy’s club, and so finds herself having to warm up to the newest member, Peter, in order to restore the balance.

Mindy storms in Gilbert’s office, threatening to sue for slip and fall, but Gilbert easily confuses Mindy with legal jargon.

After failing to implement “heartbreak days,” Mindy’s cornered in the break room by Morgan, who tells an uncaring Mindy that all of his ex-girlfriends have magically gone on to fall in love with amazing guys.
Danny is interrupted by new doctor Peter doing the cinnamon challenge while being egged on by the staff and gets a mouthful of cinnamon in the face. Danny storms into Jeremy’s office, demanding that he be fired, but Jeremy claims that he’s a good doctor, which Danny observes while he playfully connects with a patient.
