In this new episode of The Mentalist, Red Listed, Jane (Simon Baker) and Lisbon (Robin Tunney) are called to a crime scene by FBI agent Reede Smith (Drew Powell). The brutally tortured body of a man has been found in Sacramento, and this man is linked to a past CBI case.
The man’s name is Benjamin Marx, and Jane buried him alive in order to make him confess a murder he committed.

This new episode of The Mentalist (Wedding In Red) opens with a sweet scene between Rigsby (Owain Yeoman), Van Pelt (Amanda Righetti), and Rigsby’s son Ben.
We learn that the CBI rules that prohibited relantionships between members of the same unit are no longer valid. This is definitely good news for Rigsby and Van Pelt, who won’t have to hide their relationship anymore.

This episode of The Mentalist (Black-Winged Redbird) starts with a man dying in a car explosion.

Meanwhile, we see Betram arriving at the house where Lisbon found Partridge. Jane is already there. Lisbon was found by the SacPD, unconscious but alive.
Jane yells that he needs a bottle of water, and then he washes Lisbon’s face from the blood. A powerful scene, in which we see in Jane’s face all the fear and the tension.

6 Sheriff Thomas McAllister
7 Brett Partridge

One of these men is Red John.
How could Red John have guessed Jane’s list of suspects?
