The long wait is over. Catfish: The TV Show is back for a second season! The highly anticipated season 2 will be premiering on MTV Tuesday, June 25th at 10pm. MTV has released the trailer for the new season and it looks to be just as crazy as ever. It didn’t seem to contain as much bromance and shocking reveals as the season 1 trailer but perhaps they’re keeping those under wraps for now. Either way, I am so ready for this new season of Catfish.

Great news for fans of MTV’s new hit reality series Catfish: The TV Show. The network announced today that the show has been renewed for a second season! A spin-off of the documentary of the same name, the series follows Nev Schulman and his buddy Max Joseph helping people investigate their online relationships.
I love this show. The first trailer for it was all I needed to see to tell me this would be an entertaining hour of television. With shows like Jersey Shore and the original Teen Mom going off the air, I’m happy to have something even more interesting to watch.
Catfish returns with new episodes January 7th on MTV.
