Talk about giving the people what they want. How long before you’re on Twitter Mr. Emerson? We can’t wait to fangirl over what you’re eating for lunch and cute pictures of your dog. We’re super excited for any future updates from Michael and can’t wait to see what else is in store.
If you didn’t already know, and you should, Michael currently stars in one of the best dramas on television right now: Person of Interest. It airs Thursday nights on CBS so be sure to check that out!
Do you want to see Michael on Twitter?
I am loving Michael’s new website. It’s so sleek and fancy. I wish I could redo this one as well. I’d need a good graphic design company because I don’t know the first thing about HTML or layouts. This site is literally perfect for any fan of the Person of Interest star. What’s so great about it is that you can tell whoever they hired to increase his media presence really took the time to put together custom infographics. With a photo and video section, fans will always be updated on his latest happenings. So many times celebrities get these different sites but it loses any kind of personal touch. This clearly won’t be the case, thanks to his contact page. All we need now is some of kind of online store where fans can buy merchandise featuring Emerson. Calendars. T-Shirts. Mugs. You name it, we want it. With the help of a great branding agency, these items would be a must have for all fans. To the powers that be, make this happen.
Michael Emerson of Person of Interest teams up with CBS Cares to help spread awareness for how you can help victims of Hurricane Sandy through relief organizations like the Red Cross. Anyone interested in donating can visiting www.redcross.org or call 1-800-Red-Cross to help. As victims of Hurricane Sandy ourselves, we’re thrilled to see videos like these. There are still many people in need of help so let’s make sure they aren’t forgotten.

It doesn’t happen often but, if I ever were to ask myself why exactly Michael Emerson is my favorite actor, I could just watch this video to remind myself. Or ya know, watch him act. But I digress. I saw Carrie Preston tweet about Michael’s involvement in a new Funny Or Die video and immediately knew I should watch it. Then I saw the description:
“Guest star Michael Emerson helps Terry and Randy come up with with the perfect slogan for Mitt Romney.”
Then I knew I had to watch it.
And you all should too. Check out Michael Emerson making an appearance in the new Funny or Die video: The Slogan.

Carrie Preston and Michael Emerson are too cute for words. Definitely my favorite celebrity couple. And look! Chumley is with them too. These are some adorable behind the scenes pictures from Carrie’s guest stint on this week’s episode of Person of Interest. ‘No Good Deed’ revealed that she Finch’s fiancee. Keep reading to hear what Carrie has to say about possibly returning to the show next season!
From EW:
For Person of Interest, she was excited to play someone who provides insight into Finch’s very private life. “He clearly sacrificed his own heart in order to protect her, which is very tragic and also extremely romantic,” she says. “We certainly have more empathy for him now.”
Preston doesn’t believe that her character knows about the Machine. But now that Reese knows she exists, he might prod her for more background on his mysterious partner. Or maybe Reese will act as a go-between for Finch. “It would be interesting to revisit this idea that Finch has an app on his phone that keeps him from ever getting within 100 meters of her,” says Preston. “He could get Reese to say things to her, because he can’t come near her himself.”
Next week’s finale will shed even more light on Finch’s background. When the Machine spits out the number of Dr. Turing (Amy Acker), a psychologist with a high-powered client list, Reese and Finch must protect her and the secrets she’s keeping. “This is somebody who helps explain some things about Finch,” Emerson recently told EW. “You’ll see her again next season.” Emerson also promises that there will be a big, cliffhanger ending. “All the powers have aligned against Reese and Finch. Surprising, terrible things happen.”
Preston won’t appear in the finale, though it’s likely that she’ll return next season. Says creator/executive producer Jonathan Nolan, “We would be thrilled to have Carrie back.” In the meantime, she’s gearing up for the next season of True Blood. What can she tell us about the new episodes? “We have not seen the last of Scott Foley’s character, Patrick,” she says. “We’re very much going to face some things from Terry’s past, and he’s a big part of that.
We would love to see her return next season! What about you?
I have watched this video like ten times already and I can’t see myself stopping in the near future. That’s how hilarious this interview is. Michael Emerson appeared on The Talk to promote his new show Person of Interest. Michael stars in the show with Jim Caviezel. The interview starts off immediately asking Michael about Derek Jeter’s sex souvenirs and continues for Sharon Osbourne to declare her love for Jim Caviezel.
Sharon: Jim Caviezel, I’d like to have sex with you.
Michael: Take a number.

Ahhhhh I love this video. Michael obviously embraces his bromance with Jim and that just makes him 200% cooler in my opinion. I love Michael Emerson so much. Just waiting for the day I run into him on the streets of New York. And he’s wearing a vest!
