It’s another week and another glorious episode of the MTV phenomenon that is Catfish: The TV Show. This week, we head to Texas to explore the story of Anthony and Marq. Anthony is an Iraq War veteran who has retired from injuries he sustained in an explosion. He seems like a great guy.
After sinking into a depression following his injuries, Anthony begins to talk to Marq. Right off the bat we learn that Marq is a really crappy Catfisher. He’s extremely suspicious and does a horrible job at hiding it. The relationship has gotten to the point where Anthony flew to meet Marq, only to get stood up at the last minute.

I’ve been sitting here, staring at my wall for a bit. It’s been about 20 minutes since the most recent episode of True Blood has finished airing and I can’t seem to collect my thoughts. I am not loving the foreshadowing going on this season. I am not ready to possibly say goodbye to some of my favorite characters. This episode contained both elements necessary to bring the hilarity and tug at my heartstrings at the same time.

It’s that wonderful time of year folks! MTV’s hit docu-series Catfish is back! The return of crazy online internet relationships that are never exactly what they seem. Best of all, it’s the return of the Bromance of all Bromances. Nev and Max are both back for season 2 and their love is stronger than ever. “Filmmaker buddy Max.” Yeah, okay Nev. I am so ready for more of Max and his bitterness and Nev getting pedicures.
As great as they are, they’re not the only reason we’re watching (okay maybe they are). The season premiere deal with Cassie and Steve. Cassie desperately wants the help of Nev and Max to finally meet her fiance. Yep. You read that right.

I can’t tell if the girls should feel lucky that they aren’t A’s only targets anymore. Then again, it does seem like A’s latest targets are the Moms of Rosewood. What did they ever do to deserve A’s wrath? Will A succeed in taking them down?
