It’s finally time for Kurt and Rachel to audition for a spot at NYADA. Whoopi Goldberg guest stars as the dean of admissions. The episode will also be tackling domestic violence but I don’t see much of that in this preview. What I do see is something I refuse to believe. Rachel choking on Don’t Rain On My Parade. What?? Check out the preview promo video for next week’s episode of Glee: Choke.
It’s that time of year folks. Sweeps. A time when shows really go for it and amp up the shocking cliffhangers and kill off half their casts. Once Upon A Time has already had a death this season but get ready for another one. Rumors are swirling about a possible majorly shocking death on the show that fans won’t believe. Remember Boardwalk Empire? No one is safe nowadays!
Don’t touch Rumply!

Nelsonhere: Please, give me some good scoop on Once Upon a Time! Will we see Belle again?Yes, you will. And here’s even better scoop: Someone completely majorly shocking will die in the last three episodes of the season. It’s the kind of death you can’t imagine could possibly stick!
It’s hurting me to even type this out. If you were paying close attention to the preview at the end of tonight’s episode of Make It Or Break It, you’ll notice the season was not only cut significantly shorter, but ABC Family announced that the series finale will be in a few weeks. Not season, series. As in the end of the show forever. I’m having such a hard time processing this post because I’m not entirely sure what the hell is wrong with this network. I can’t fathom why they’re being so disrespectful to a show that has been consistent and fantastic for so long. A show that is about going to the Olympics. A show that would probably be ratings gold if they aired the rest of the season this Summer during the actual Olympics. I suppose they have a lot of faith in some show about ballet called Bunheads. It sure sounds like a real humdinger to me. I thought maybe I was hearing things until I went on twitter and noticed Holly Sorensen’s tweet that it was in fact true that the show was ending. She was very tactful about everything. If I were her, I’d be using a lot more colorful words.

Not only does this mean one of my favorite shows is ending before any kind of logical and proper resolution can be made, this also means I won’t get to hear Neil Jackson’s dreamy accent on my TV anymore. I’ll miss the girls too but, still. I swear ABC cancels a great show I like every season.
This show was so good. They are keeping The Secret Life though. A show that had an episode revolve around girls sitting around in their underwear complaining about the heat tonight. Yeah, that actually happened. Boobs over Gymnastics.
ABC Family. I don’t get you. What failure of a business person was in charge of this decision? Because it was a poor one. I mean, at least finish out the season and let the girls go to the Olympics. That was the whole point of the show. This season was such a breath of fresh air. It was completely retooled and it was great. I can only hope there is still some hope left when ABC Family’s new sitcoms inevitably fail.
ABC Family: Give this show the respect it deserves.
If you’re a fan of the show, please write in, tweet, email, harass the network into giving the show the proper send off it deserves. If Neil Jackson has to burst into their offices without a shirt on begging for some mercy and a TV movie at the Olympics, so be it. Let’s get these girls to London.
Rebecca’s rewrites and lack of musical talent has the team struggling to keep it together. When she asks to hang out with Karen, everyone wonders why. She treats Karen to her glamorous lifestyle and begins to butter her up. What is she up to?
She asks Karen to sing for her at a club. She’s checking out her competition. A wailing baby on Youtube could be competition for her. But unfortunately for Rebecca, Karen sounds amazing on this song. I don’t think that’s what she wanted to hear. However, she hugs her new BFF and possible lesbian lover and even suggests her for the new song that was added to the show.
She goes out to dinner at an Indian restaurant with Karen and Dev and instigates an argument that Dev will get in the way of her being a star. Is she trying to unravel Karen’s life? Karen zones out during this and suddenly there’s a Bollywood musical number. I don’t really know what’s happening. Karen is quite possibly having a seizure or something. Her boyfriend looks hot while he’s dancing so I’m okay with this. More of him please.
Julia, Frank, and Tom are rocked when Leo disappears and runs away for three days. They finally find him sleeping at a friend’s house and all is okay. He’s not in a ditch or anything. Leo comes home and Julia and Frank are able to hug it out and act like a family for a little while. How long will it last?
Who wants more of evil Ivy? She’s more likeable than Ellis so bring it on! Ivy asks Ellis to text Karen not to come in for the day. As luck would have it, Derek has just told off Rebecca for being annoying and he has zero patience. He asks Ivy to sing the song instead. She sounds fantastic. It’s amazing and beautiful. They should just make her Marilyn already. Eileen is crying it’s so good!
Everyone is moved by the performance and heads actually roll when Rebecca suggests that she sing it instead. LOL.
Wasn’t there supposed to be a scene where someone needed an ambulance and couldn’t breathe? They kept referring to Rebecca’s peanut allergy all night so I was sure someone was going to poison her smoothies. Did they take it out?
The elimination round is upon us. By the end of this episode, someone’s Olympic dream is over for good. I don’t want anyone to leave! The girls probably wouldn’t be as worried if they didn’t have a snitch going around behind their backs trying to get them eliminated. So, who is it? The popular guess is Jordan so, she’s probably innocent.
There’s a new head of the NGO in town to help make cuts. I miss the other guy. He was kind of cute. Payson has been on Lauren’s ass like a cheap thong trying to get any stress out of her life and force her to go to the doctor for more tests. To be fair, Lauren actually has an appointment. Payson is just super worried about her friend. And this same friend is going out on a limb to help Payson sneak out to see her new boyfriend. Unfortunately, Payson is caught and both her and Lauren are penalized. They are moved to perform on day one so they have less time to prepare. I don’t like the new Payson. I miss the old one who would never let a boy get in the way.
Kelly’s mom is back to create drama and be all sorts of evil. She taunts Kaylie about her anorexia, pulls the race card when it comes to Jordan, and is an all around crappy mother for poor Kelly. Jordan really needs to get rid of her horrible attitude. It’s making her incredibly hard to root for. I had this same problem with Emily. She never got rid of that ‘tude and it’s why I don’t miss her today. In fact, the new NGO leader calls her Emily Kmetko 2.0. Amazing. Jordan has a potential supermove that could help them win the gold at the Olympics but she refuses to do it. What is so special and dramatic about this move or why she won’t perform is are not explained. It’s just a move. Jordan walks out of the trials instead.
Payson wonders whether to let Lauren compete during their elimination round. She has a terrifying dream of Lauren cracking her head open and it really grossed me out and scared me. She argues with her new boo over it and eventually prevents Lauren from performing. Lauren walks out of the office crying and the NGO says she’s done. Oh no!
The eliminations are posted and Payson and Kaylie make it through. Yay! Lauren is still undecided until she gets out of the hospital but Kelly Parker is eliminated. She seems pretty defeated like she’s done with gymnastics for good because of peaking at Worlds and her nutty mom. Seriously, her mom is nuts. She comes in ranting and raving about racism and how she wants Kelly back on the team no matter what. We then find out that her and Wendy combined were the mole. Wendy manipulated Kelly’s mom by feeding her intel knowing she would run to the coach. I knew I didn’t like that girl.
I’m really going to miss Kelly. I really liked her cute new hair and once she wasn’t evil she was actually really likeable. I wonder if we’ll see her again. Speaking of, will Lauren be back? We see her in a hospital bed screaming at Payson but no new knowledge about her condition is learned. I hope we learn something soon. I would definitely miss her.
