Congratulations on the upcoming release of your latest single “Title”! How does it feel to finally share it with the world?
I’m so excited to get to share it with the world! Listeners have been so supportive, and I can’t believe “Title” hit the Top 100 on iTunes pop charts!
How would you say your new single compares to some of your previous releases like “Kiss N Tell”?
They’re actually both super different. I would say “Title” is more pop and late-night car ride vibes, where as “Kiss N Tell” is more Y2k inspired.
Your passion and your ability to share your personal experiences through your music really stands out when you’re listening. Where did you draw that determination from to share that message with your fans?
I personally love listening to songs that I can relate to. I feel like creating a song that is so personal can also be relatable to other listeners and be the song they are repeating nonstop or feel connected with.
How would you describe your sound to someone thinking of listening for the first time?
I would say pop with R&B Y2k and also soon a song with a reggaeton influence. It’s fresh and fun.
Who are some of your musical influences? Is there anyone who inspires you when it comes time to create music?
I would have to say, Justin Bieber. I love how he is always switching his sound up but keeping it fresh.
What inspired you to evoke a nostalgic vibe and sound for some of your recent music?
I just wanted to create something different but something that still felt true to me. I was inspired by artists like Britney and JLo and wanted to bring a pop new sound to my song but also incorporate nostalgic vibes to it.
As much as it hurts to call the 90s “vintage”, do you have any favorite songs or artists from that era?
JLo, Britney, Michael Jackson, Elton John and so many more.
Is there anyone you would love to work with or collaborate with someday?
I would have to say either Justin Bieber, or even an artist like Bad Bunny would be so fun to collab with.
Do you have any plans to tour and perform live in the near future?
I hope to one day tour! It’s a dream of mine and something I look forward to one day accomplishing once I grow a bigger fan base.
What can your listeners look forward to from you next?
Lots of new music! I can’t wait to share some of the songs I’ve been creating and working on. I’m so beyond excited.
