Elsa is ready to do whatever it takes to keep her leadership at The Freak Show… Just how far is she willing to go?
Find it out and read our recap of American Horror Story: Freak Show’s new episode, “Bullseye”.
At the camp, the freaks are lead to believe that the twins willingly left the Freak Show, while we know that Elsa tricked them, and took them to Gloria’s house.
Now Dandy has fallen in love with them, and even wants to marry them. In fact, he’s pampering them with all kind of expensive food.
Bette realizes she likes Dandy very much. Dot instead isn’t happy at all about this new situation. But then she realizes Dandy could be very useful: he has the money she needs for the surgery that will separate her form her twin.
But Dandy gets very soon tired of the twins, when Dot doesn’t agree to reveal a secret, after he told them one of his own. A lie, as a matter of fact, that he was the one who killed Twisty the clown, not Jimmy.
Later, Dandy reads Dot’s secret diary, and finds out about her plan about the surgery. Dandy is “naturally” upset. He was really fond of the twins, he was feeling true love for the first time in his life. And from this moment on, even that sparkle of love has left Dandy forever.
We also discover that Elsa and Paul are secret lovers.
And later on, we discover that he’s also in a relationship with a girl from Jupiter.
Paul casually meets Dandy in the local pharmacy, and notices that he is buying two of various girly items. Later, he tells Jimmy about it, but Jimmy doesn’t seem to believe that Elsa could have done something to Bette and Dot, as Paul suspects.
When Paul finally confronts Elsa about it, she reacts with rage, accusing him and all the other freaks of being ungrateful, after everything she has done to protect them.
To prove that they are still loyal to her, Elsa requires that one of the freaks should be tied to the spinning wheel. Paul volunteers. With the third knife, she hits him. Not by mistake, of course.
Ethel seems to still be loyal to Elsa, but she tells her that if she ever finds out that she did something wrong to the twins, she will killer her.
Stanley hasn’t given up on his idea of a freak museum, and wants to kill Jimmy, as his first victim. He asks Esmeralda to help him, but she doesn’t look so keen, claiming Jimmy is too big. Killing him would be a problem. She proposes a much easier, and tinier target: Ma Petite, Elsa’s favourite.
The next morning, all the freaks are alarmed when they can’t seem to find Ma Petite anywhere. But we find out that Esmeralda couldn’t find the courage to kill her in the end, probably the sweetest and purest freak of all.
She asks Jimmy to run away with her. But Stanley is enraged when he finds out that she hasn’t killed Ma Petite, so she orders her to trick Jimmy in order to kill him, as he had planned since the beginning.
But Jimmy has already left the camp, to pay a visit to Dandy…
