Well, the big Pretty Little Liars announcement may be 2 hours late but it’s finally here! It’s not that shocking either. Many fans guessed earlier in the week what the big reveal would be: Tyler Blackburn is returning to Rosewood.

Following the cancellation of Ravenswood, this is hardly surprising news. In fact, I wasn’t aware he actually left for good. Wasn’t it always assumed he’d be returning?
