What can fans expect from the new episodes of The Fosters?
Sherri Saum: So much drama. Lots of teen drama. We have to deal with the repurcussions of Callie leaving. We just told the woman we want to adopt her and she takes off. We don’t get much time to snuggle or enjoy our honeymoon bliss. We have to go chasing down this girl becaue we want her in our family. We have some road ro cover to find her. There will be that and some deeper storytelling. We’re really getting invested in these characters. I hope you guys keep watching because it’s going to be so much fun.
You had a very emotional episode, Teri. You got shot which was horrible! Will your character be struggling with going back to work at all?
Teri Polo: Yes. Gosh. Wow, there’s so much that we’re doing. I completely forgot about that. Thanks for reminding me. There are repercussions of that and dealing with what really happened with Mike. There’s a little bit of drama going on there as well.. with what really happened and what we’re telling people happened. I, of course, was perfect and wonderful and get cleared immediately. With us dealing with the shooting before the wedding and Lena’s character coming to peace with that, it’s emotional when I go back.
(And our favorite part of the interview. Teri is asked to share her experiences about her former sitcom role on “I’m With Her”.)
Teri: Well, other than being madly in love with David Sutcliffe…
He’s such a babe.
Teri: He’s such a dweeb?!
We’d like to thank the both of them for stopping for us. They were so kind and sweet. We really appreciate it.
