I now wish that Luke had more to do on Ravenswood. Brett Dier is so charming and funny! We’re thrilled to say that we had the opportunity to catch up with both Brett Dier and Britne Oldford on the red carpet for ABC Family’s 2013 25 Days of Christmas Winter Wonderland event in New York City.
The duo stopped to chat with us about the new episodes of Ravenswood premiering in January. They reveal what to expect in season 1b, what’s next for Luke and Remy, what creepy incident happened on set that made Brett a believer, and what else fans can look forward to when ‘Ravenswood’ returns.
Following the red carpet, the stars of ABC Family were invited to try their luck on the ice at the iconic ice rink at Rockefeller Center!
Ravenswood returns on Tuesday, January 7th 2014 at 9/8c on ABC Family.

Pop City Life: Are you excited for the second half of the season?
Britne: We’re super excited for the next 5 episodes coming up on January 7th at 9pm after Pretty Little Liars.
That’s not a bad slot.
Britne: I’m really excited for everyone to find out more.
You guys have had a rough patch in your relationship on the show. Is that something that’s going to continue to evolve..or resolve?
Britne: It will evolve. I think we’ve got it figured out…we’ll see where that goes.
Brett: Pretty much. High five!
Britne, you’ve been sleepwalking on the show. Is that more than it seems? Is that something that’s going to continue?
Britne: You definitely, in the later episodes, find out what that has to do with the pact, if it has anything to do with it. It does develop.
Brett, your father was murdered on the show. Are we going to learn more about that?
Brett: We definitely figure out a lot. I don’t want to give too much away but you do find out. So, be ready.
I’m ready.
Ravenswood is a really creepy show. What have been some of the creepier moments while filming the show?
Britne: The locations. We filmed in a big mansion in New Orleans that is known for being haunted.
Brett: You can feel it when you walk in. You get chills. I now believe in it. I didn’t before I went to New Orleans but now I do.
Was there a certain experience that changed your mind about that?
Brett: Yes, I saw a faceless woman in my bathroom. I’m not kidding. It was horrible. But we’re friends.
