Normally, I wouldn’t be that excited for the MTV Movie Awards. This year however, I’m looking forward to it. This will be the first year in a long, long time that the show won’t be the Twilight awards. This marks the first time in a long, long time that the movies nominated are actually movies that could give us a good night of television. Movies from Silver Linings Playbook, Django Unchained, and Perks of Being a Wallflower and Ted all have the most nominations. I’m so happy to see Perks getting the recognition it deserves, even if it’s just MTV.
The awards air April 14th on MTV with Rebel Wilson as the host.

The Perks of Being a Wallflower is officially out and released on DVD and Blu-ray! If you’re ready to watch one of the best movies in a long time, be sure to run out and get yourself a copy. The cast, the writing, the entire movie is just amazing. I can’t sing praises for it enough. The film stars Logan Lerman, Emma Watson, and Ezra Miller. If you haven’t already, you can view one of the deleted scenes here and we’ll include a full version of the clip and an alternate movie opener in this post as well. The Perks of Being a Wallflower was one of the best movies I saw last year. The movie is headed for a release on DVD and Blu-Ray on February 12th and now you can watch one of the deleted scenes featured on the DVD. The first released scene features Charlie helping his sister Candace. Logan Lerman was fantastic in this movie.
