So..did the annual Halloween episode of Pretty Little Liars deliver? Well, sort of. In the last 5 minutes. But isn’t that always the case?
Unfortunately, the episode seemed to focus more on introducing Ravenswood. I felt that it should have lost the title “Grave New World” and just been called “Meet Miranda.” The other half of the episode that wasn’t spent on Miranda was spent on the girls wandering aimlessly down hallways, only to get surprised by something and the scene to cut back to Miranda. All you need to know about Miranda is that she has bonded with Caleb over being a Foster kid and she steals people’s chips.

We are officially one week away from the world premiere of the Halloween special of Pretty Little Liars: ‘Grave New World.’ The debut episode of Ravenswood will immediately follow the episode during ABC Family’s 13 Nights of Halloween.
In this new clip, the cast of Pretty Little Liars talk about what fans can expect in the upcoming Halloween episode. Among many other things, Troian Bellisario teases that the episode is “life and death” and a “huge” surprise is in store for viewers.

The annual Halloween episode of Pretty Little Liars is set to scare and confuse fans next month on ABC Family. Now, we have a new trailer to analyze and theorize over. The theme for this trailer? “The search for Alison is on.” Could she really be alive?
“Grave New World” is the upcoming Halloween episode of Pretty Little Liars set to air on October 22nd, followed by the series premiere of Ravenswood.
