Pretty Little Liars returned tonight with the season 4 premiere. The biggest question on everyone’s mind tonight? What’s in the trunk? After months and months of build up, it has to be something good right? And by good, we mean jaw-droppingly awesome.

Okay Pretty Little Liars fans. We are officially one day away from the season 4 premiere entitled “A Is For A-L-I-V-E.” The biggest question on every fans mind is this: What the heck is in the trunk of that car? The consensus seems to be that it is in fact a body in the trunk of Wilden’s car. That, plus logic and this photo from the premiere that seems to preview the girls at a funeral have fans pretty worried. Who, or what could it be?

Pretty Little Liars season 4 premieres June 11th on ABC Family.
Fans may be growing increasingly frustrated with the lack of answers on Pretty Little Liars but showrunner Marlene King has promised season 4 will be different. The series raises more questions than a season of LOST and that’s why Marlene has dubbed season 4 “The Season of Answers.” She promises that in the season premiere episode alone (A Is For A-L-I-V-E) fans will discover the identity of the Queen of Hearts and what, or who, is in the trunk of Wilden’s car. And let’s not forget the mystery of whether we’ll be saying goodbye to Caleb.
Anyone else concerned that if the Queen’s identity is revealed in the season premiere it can’t be that interesting? Better yet, anyone else hoping that it’s going to be Ezra?

Following the first images and footage of the new season (view that here) ABC Family has finally released three sneak peeks of the season premiere! Things we can expect in the new season include the girls working with Mona, the return of Mrs. DiLaurentis, the ongoing mystery of whether or not the girls really saw Ali that night, what’s in the trunk, and a “shocking discovery” that rocks Rosewood. I’m still wondering why the girls appear to be at a funeral in this still from the season premiere. If a new detective is introducing himself in this scene, does that mean Wilden is out of the picture? Is he, dare I say it, in the trunk of his own car? And where’s Jason? Is Jason’s fate revealed in these preview clips?

In the Season 4 premiere of “Pretty Little Liars,” entitled “A is for A-l-i-v-e,” airing Tuesday, June 11th (8:00 – 9:00 PM ET/PT), the Liars are desperate to uncover what new scheme “A” has in store for them in the wake of the lodge fire, and have no choice but to turn to Mona for answers, now that she is also being targeted. Aria struggles with seeing Ezra in the wake of their breakup, and Emily starts to make plans for life after high school. Meanwhile, “A” sets Toby on a new path, what’s in the trunk is revealed, and a shocking discovery reverberates through Rosewood.
