I’m so excited now that The Newsroom is back on HBO. I’ve missed it. I don’t know about you, but I really want to learn more about why Will is, yet again, in hot water. It looks like we’ll be finding out more next week about the Genoa story.
The Newsroom airs Sundays on HBO.

Last night’s episode of The Fosters was fantastic. It veered away from Callie’s relationship drama and focused more on actual drama and it was a nice breath of fresh air. Unfortunately, it looks like we’ll be reverting back to her love triangle next week. Mariana and Jesus, however, look to be getting themselves into even more trouble.
Here is the preview promo and sneak peeks for next week’s new episode of The Fosters: “Clean.”
The Fosters airs Mondays on ABC Family.

Here are the sneak peeks for next week’s new episode of Switched at Birth: “Prudence, Avarice, Lust, Justice, Anger.”

I can’t quite wrap my head around the fact that the upcoming eighth season of Psych could be its last. It’s just so good. I feel like it could definitely go on much longer.
TVLine is now reporting that Mira Sorvino has joined the cast of Psych for a multiple episode arc. She’ll be playing the new head detective, likely filling the void left behind as series regular Maggie Lawson stars in her new sitcom Back in the Game at the same time.
Psych airs on USA Network.

Finally, Aaron Sorkin’s big drama the Newsroom is back on air for its second season – with a new opening credit – taking place a year after the first one. And the season opens with an episode which should have named “it’s all about the consequences” as the episode focuses mainly on two incidents and their aftermath: Genoa and the American Taliban remarks.
But first: the Genoa incident which is going to be a big part of the season. The episode starts with Will McAvoy being questioned by the cable channel’s counsel led by Rebecca Halliday a really expensive lawyer (Mackenzie points out that the more expensive the lawyer is the worse is your situation). The hearing is about something called “Genoa” which happens to be a military operation the network wasn’t supposed to talk about. And despite being asked by the Department of Defense not to run the story of this operation, News Night did. As usual Will plays the cool sarcastic guys making fun of the lawyer every time she is saying Geneva instead of Genoa.
