We’re super stoked about this one! We had the chance to chat with Katie Leclerc this week! Katie has had roles on Veronica Mars and The Big Bang Theory but is most recently and prominently known as Daphne Vasquez on ABC Family’s Switched at Birth. Daphne’s character is a hearing impaired teenager whose world is turned upside down when she discovers she was switched at birth.
We chatted with Katie about her role on the show, the success of Switched at Birth and being nominated for a Teen Choice Award, who she would love to see guest star on the show (hint: It’s a good one!), and what fans can expect in the season finale.

ABC Family has released the first teaser video for their highly anticipated new series: Ravenswood. The 16 second clip doesn’t feature any new footage but it’s mysterious enough to get any fan and viewer excited for the series.
Tyler Blackburn of Pretty Little Liars is set to hop over to the new series when it debuts this Fall.
The world premiere of Ravenswood is set for October on ABC Family.

Great news 90s Nickelodeon fans! TeenNick and The 90s Are All That are bringing back SNICK! Celebrating a SNICKiversary, the network and 90s programming block will be bringing back select SNICK favorites for one night only. Yes, you read that right. Unfortunately, it seems that, as of now, this will be a one time thing. Why not bring it back for every Saturday night? Sounds like an amazing idea to me.
Announcing the news in a new promo is Kel Mitchell of Kenan and Kel fame. Seems perfect. Kenan Thompson was the spokesperson when the 90s Are All That was first announced. Too bad they couldn’t get them together. However, the promo also features a surprise appearance from Danny Tamberelli.
Viewers can tune in to the SNICKiversary Saturday, August 17th at 11pm ET. The special lineup will feature Clarissa Explains It All, All That, The Ren & Stimpy Show, and Are You Afraid of the Dark?.
