You may recognize Dylan Schmid for his recent appearances on ABC’s fairy tale drama Once Upon A Time. The talented actor proved time and again why he deserves such high praise for his role as young Baelfire in the ABC series. I always enjoyed watching Dylan play the role of Rumplestiltskin’s son. He was a breath of fresh air among episodes that had gotten stale. Dylan was consistent in his stand-out performances throughout the emotional storyline opposite Robert Carlyle. For me, the scenes where Bae was “let go” into the portal is proof that Dylan would do well in future appearances. That scene was heartbreaking!

We’re happy to say we got the chance to interview recording artist Eric Zayne. A few weeks back, we reviewed Eric’s latest release Between Us. His debut EP is currently on iTunes and his latest single “Neptune” is already a hit with fans. The music video for the single has already hit well over 125,000 views on YouTube.

Mathew Klickstein, the author of “Slimed!: An Oral History of Nickelodeon’s Golden Age”, has brought together over 250 of the creative forces that helped create Nickelodeon. Through a series of hundreds of interviews, he is able to detail just what made Nickelodeon’s Golden Age so golden.
Now, together with Nick legend Marc Summers, Mathew is bringing these people together for a one of a kind special event. On September 27th, creators, stars, writers, producers and musicians from classic Nick shows of the 80s and 90s, will appear for a once in a lifetime celebration.
I had the pleasure of chatting with Mathew about his new book and the Slimed! event. A couple of months in the making, I’m beyond thrilled to finally share it with you guys.

It’s that wonderful time of the year! It’s not quite Christmas but Fall has begun and you know what that means. Candy corn is available for purchase, apple cider is ready for sipping, people are planning their costumes because Halloween is just around the corner.
ABC Family is gearing up for another great year of their annual ’13 Nights of Halloween’ special event. Starting Saturday, October 19th, viewers can tune in to the network for 13 chilling nights of “scary” programming. Okay, so it’s not as scary as it used to be but you can always catch a few classics every now and then as well as some creepy new episodes from ABC Family’s original series.
