We recently had the chance to chat again with Brett Dier about his character of Luke Matheson on ABC Family’s hit new drama series Ravenswood.
In our latest conference call, Brett reveals to us what fans can expect when Ravenswood returns this January. Among the tidbits he let slip, he teases what’s ahead for Luke and Remy’s relationship and just what will have Luke in handcuffs!
Ravenswood returns with season 1b on Tuesday, January 7th at 9/8c on ABC Family.
Check out our latest Brett Dier interview below:
Will Luke be handling his own investigating – aside from the group – in order to find out what happened to his father?
Brett Dier: Yes, there will definitely be some of that. Luke also gets in some trouble with the law, he gets to go in the back of a cop car. He’s definitely more involved than in the first half of the season, where he was to himself and didn’t believe in anything. He’s definitely doing some investigating by himself, with Remy and with his sister. There’s even a cool couple of scenes with Luke and Caleb now, so there’s some bromance going on.
Is there any hope for Luke and Remy’s relationship in the second half of the season?
Brett Dier: They are definitely figuring things out and they are a lot better than how they were. There’s still obviously a little bit of issues but they are working things out.
Are there any pieces about the next five episodes you can share with us today?
Brett: I mentioned Luke is in a cop car. I mentioned that you get to see how Remy sleepwalks, you get to see her actual dream sequences, which are actually sweet, so that’s a big thing. You pretty much find out a lot of the questions that people have, like who made the curse, you find that out. You find out a lot of things.
Once again, we’d like to thank Brett Dier for taking the time to answer some questions for us. You can check out our interview with Brett and Britne Oldford on the red carpet for ABC Family’s 25 Days of Christmas Winter Wonderland event for additional Ravenswood scoop.
