We had the extreme pleasure of speaking with Ryan Merriman and Tom Everett Scott this week. The duo chatted about their upcoming new SyFy original movie Independence Daysaster. A July 4th holiday is interrupted when an unannounced alien invasion sweeps the earth. Sound familiar? The comparisons to the original blockbuster Independence Day starring Jeff Goldblum and Will Smith seemed too obvious but thankfully, everyone is a huge fan of that movie.
It took most of the energy I had not to ask Ryan whether or not he still knew the dance from Smart House or if he hangs out with Timothy O’Mundson on St. Patrick’s Day.
Check out our interview with Ryan Merriman and Tom Everett Scott for their new movie Independence Daysaster.

Pitch Perfect was one of our favorite films of last year. The cast is so talented and the movie was just plain awesome. The comparisons to Glee were inevitable but trust us when we say there is no comparison. Especially nowadays.
This is why we were thrilled when we learned that a sequel was in the works. Pitch Perfect 2 has just been confirmed for a 2015 release. There are now rumblings and rumors swirling that the flick may be filmed in London this time around.
This sounds Aca-Awesome.

Earlier this month we learned that Jurassic Park 4 (directed by Colin Trevorrow) will be released in 2015 and has a tentative new logo for the flick, pictured above. Joblo.com has a source that has revealed the plot and story concept for the dinosaur sequel that should quash any fears of the movie being a let down.
Tamed dinosaurs.
Underwater dinosaurs.
